Shipping and Delivery

At RareReal Jewels, every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Our shipping charges cover order processing, packaging, insurance, and safe transportation.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your RareReal Jewels purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and certificates included.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return.

Returning Gifts

If the item was received as a gift, we can issue a RareReal Jewels Store Credit equal to the purchase value once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team or submit a return request through your account.
  2. Securely pack the jewelry in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the product using a reliable and insured courier service.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds or store credits will be processed within 7–10 business days.
