Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with its original packaging, certificates, and accompanying documents.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized jewelry
Engraved items
Special order products
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
Products returned without original certificates or documentation
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee
Eligible returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover production, processing, and handling costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service, as RareReal Jewels is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted, especially for custom-made items.
