Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-order products.

Items that have been resized or modified at the customer's request.

Final sale or clearance items, unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable shipping service.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Inspection & Refunds

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping service, as RareReal Jewels is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipment begins.
Once production has started for custom or made-to-order jewelry, the order cannot be cancelled.
